We ship out items within 1 to 3 days upon receiving the order. For Canadian orders, we will either use Regular Canada Post Parcel Air, which can run between 3 to 7 business days, or Express Canada Post which is 1-2 days. This depends on your preference at checkout, if you would prefer another option please email us prior to your order. You will receive a tracking number and confirmation of shipment as soon as your package has been processed and dropped off. For American orders, we will use Regular UPS which can take up to 9 days, if you prefer expedited shipping to the United States please contact us.
Regular Canadian shipping starts at $12 CAD for weight up to 1kg, it will go up to $15-$18 for heavier items. Express shipping starts at $19 CAD for up to 1kg, and will go to $22-$29 for heavier items. Regular American shipping starts at $40 CAD for up to 2kg.
If you are based in Montreal or Vancouver and would like to save on shipping, please email us prior to your order and we can possibly arrange a time for you to pick up the item in person.
For international orders, our shipping price is based on getting you your order as soon as possible. However, since the cost can be high, please be in touch with us for your preferred rate and time window. You may also be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order depending on the country in which you reside. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. You may contact your customs office for additional information.
Once your item has been shipped, it is no longer our responsibility and is in the hands of Canada Post, or your preferred shipping company. If you experience any problems please do not hesitate to contact us right away and we will do our best to help or direct you in the right direction.
BADLANDS does not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please read the entire description and measurements of your items carefully and ask all questions prior to purchasing. Our items are second hand and often one of a kind so keep that in mind when shopping. We are very happy to answer all questions and provide more pictures prior to the order, so please ask away!
If you are unhappy with your item once it is delivered, please don't hesitate to contact us. However absolutely no returns will be granted for items that do not fit. Measurements are provided in the item descriptions, so please check these carefully. Sizes listed as "fits like" or "estimated" are approximate and rough estimates only to be used as guidelines. If you receive an item and feel that it has been grossly misrepresented in the listing, please contact us within 48 hours. Any request received after the 48 hours will not be considered. Any return requests that are granted for the above reason must be shipped back to us at clients expense within 2 days of your request being granted. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We have the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If your request for a return has been approved by us, you may opt for an exchange of exact or lesser value than that of your original purchase. Similarly, if you received your item as a gift and are not happy with it- please contact us and we may offer you an exchange if applicable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. This is for both returned products and exchanges.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
